One of the entries submitted in our recent photo competition was definitely worth a mention.
A fine example of a historical survey mark found recently by one of our surveyors on a property 40km NW of Surat in Western Queensland while undertaking surveys for a Seismic Project. The post was placed during a survey in 1912 marking a boundary intersecting the Balonne River. The post has certainly stood the test of time and would be one of the best examples of a survey post of this vintage you will ever see!
