First Light Development - Mooloolaba

High-rise multiunit development comprising 67 residential and 2 commercial units over 13 levels. DSQ was engaged by Reed Property Group (RPG) and we were brought in during the final stages of construction to survey and prepare the Building Format Plan and associated CMS plans for the site. We prepared our plans and plan sealing application then worked with the developer and builder to facilitate prompt plan sealing and title registration. We also provided services directly to RCQ for the preparation of As-constructed Plans.
