DSQ principle surveyor to the developer Darzoe Pty Ltd for stages 1-7 which comprised 114 residential lots. Our services included site control and boundary establishment, provision of control to the civil contractor setout of major infrastructure, as-constructed survey and supply of data to consulting engineer, Survey Plan preparation and pegging of lots, plan sealing coordination and management. We have been involved with the project for many years from the initial site survey and easement plans for the external sewer to the site through to the current plan sealing of stage 7 in March 2017.
