Low-rise multiunit development comprising 74 residential units in 3 buildings.  DSQ was engaged by Avara Property Group Pty Ltd as principle survey consultants from the preparation of presales plans for contracts, completing reviews of plans following detailed design for construction.  Principle construction surveyors for detailed setout of all levels and external building features. Survey and preparation of the final Building Format Plan and associated CMS plans for the site.  We prepared our plans and plan sealing application then worked with the developer and builder to facilitate prompt plan sealing and title registration.
