DSQ (Formally Definium) principle surveyor to the developer Eco Trendee Homes Pty Ltd for stages 1-5 which comprised 181 residential lots.  Our services included site control and boundary establishment, provision of control to the civil contractor (Caruthers Contracting) setout of major infrastructure, asconstructed survey and the preparation of ADAC for the local authorities, Survey Plan preparation and pegging of lots, plan sealing coordination and management.  We also provided consultancy services for the sale of the balance land for the construction of a retirement village
